President Huggins removed the Education Committee referral from                                                                 
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 9 Proposing amendments to the                                                                       
Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to state aid for education,                                                        
(page 283).                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
President Huggins added a Finance Committee referral to the                                                                     
resolution.                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Senator Wielechowski objected.                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall the Senate uphold the committee referral
